CORE
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Before the commencement of any services, a planning fee of R5,000 is payable.
This fee covers the collection of all relevant financial information, as well as the development of:
- Core Estate Plan
- Core Retirement Plan
- Personal Goal-Based Investment Planning
- Personal AssetMap
COMPREHENSIVE
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Before the commencement of any services, a planning fee of R8,000 is payable.
This fee covers the collection of all relevant financial information, as well as the development of:
- Comprehensive Estate Plan
- Cash Flow Model (Integrated Wealth Plan)
- Family AssetMap
Note: No planning fee will be charged for implementation of investment of R 2,500,000.00 or more.
ONGOING MANAGEMENT FEE
FKC Wealth will charge the following fees annually for ongoing management, service and administration of the plan:
- Ongoing fees of 1.00% (excluding VAT) per annum on assets under management from R1 to R2,500,000
- Ongoing fees of 0.75% (excluding VAT) per annum on assets under management from R2,500,000 to R10,000,000
- Ongoing fees of 0.50% (excluding VAT) per annum on assets under management from R10,000,000 to R50,000,000
- Ongoing fees of 0.40% (excluding VAT) per annum on assets under management from R50,000,000 to R70,000,000
- Ongoing fees of 0.30% (excluding VAT) per annum on assets under management from R70,000,000 upwards
